Enter / View / Print Class Test Marks

 

i.     Enter Marks for a paper by clicking on the corresponding "Marks" link.

 

a)       Case - I: When a subject does not have any part, corresponding teacher(s) will be able to view the links for entering marks of both Class Tests.

b)      Case - II: If a subject contains two parts, then teacher(s) of Part - I will be able to view the link for entering marks of Class Test 1; and teacher(s) of Part - II will be able to view the link for entering marks of Class Test 2.

c)       Case - III: If a subject contains more than two parts, then teacher(s) of Part - I will be able to view the link for entering marks of Class Test 1; and teacher(s) of Part - II will be able to view the link for entering marks of Class Test 2. Teacher(s) of remaining parts will need to coordinate with teacher(s) of Parts I & II for entering Class Test Marks.

 

ii.         The class roll numbers and name for individual students will be displayed (which is static), the corresponding marks is to be entered in the marks fields. An extra field to mark the student’s attendance is also available. The user needs to select whether the student was present or absent for the test, by default the attendance is selected as Present.

iii.       It is possible to enter some marks, save the same and enter the remaining marks in subsequent sessions.

iv.        Once all marks for a subject have been entered, click on "Submit" for finalizing marks submission of that Class Test. Note that after final submission, the marks cannot be modified further.

v.          Obtain 1 copy of printout of the submitted marks by clicking on "Print" of the corresponding Class Test.

vi.        Submit the printout of marks of the corresponding Class Test to the Examination Section after getting them signed from the HoD of your Department.

 

 

Note:

    I.      If a student’s name is not displayed in the list, the user can add the student’s name to the list by clicking on the “Add” button at the bottom of the list. The     User needs to enter the Students Name, Class Roll Number, Marks and the attendance status (Present / Absent, by default selected as Present)

     II.           If the user wants to remove the name of a student which has been added later, it can be done by clicking on the “X” icon

   III.    If the user wants to check and verify the numbers entered by them, they can click on the “Print for Checking Purpose Only” button

   IV.    The exam section will update the date and time when the examiner has submitted the answer-scripts. The submission date and time will reflect under this tab as well
